Enhancing Broomfield’s Oil and Gas Regulations

How You Can Participate

With the passage of Senate Bill 181, additional authorities were given to municipalities to enhance regulations around oil and gas development in their communities. In response, Broomfield is currently drafting a city ordinance to further protect public health, safety and welfare in the city and county. Your feedback on the proposed revisions to Broomfield’s oil and gas regulations is critical at Community Workshops as listed below in seven general themes.
