Project Overview
The applicant has submitted a new application for a final plat. This final plat would replat the North Park Filing No. 8 Minor Plat and is also proposed in order to dedicate necessary easements (such as utility and public access easements) for infrastructure proposed in this area and for the future development of this site. There are two separate development applications under review for this area, one is the North Park Filing No. 8 Infrastructure (includes the realignment of Huron Street) and a second for the Advent Health Hospital development.

Process
Final Plats are reviewed by the Land Use Review Commission at a public hearing, where the commission votes to approve (with or without conditions) or deny the requested final plat. After the Land Use Review Commission makes their decision the project can be called up for further consideration by City Council consistent with the council call up provision in the Broomfield Municipal Code.

Following the review of the formal application, public hearings will be scheduled in accordance with the application review process timeline. Public notices will be sent to property owners within 1,000 feet of this project, sign(s) will be posted on the property and a notice will be published in the Broomfield Enterprise newspaper. Members of the public can attend the public hearings and provide in person comments if desired.
