2025 Broomfield Community Briefing - Development and Housing

On Sept. 3, City and County of Broomfield staff answered community questions on the current and future development anticipated in Broomfield. At the briefing, attendees heard a presentation from members of the Community Development and Economic Vitality departments and learned about the current conditions and activity of development in Broomfield, including an update of the progress of Broomfield’s developing places such as Baseline, Broomfield Town Square and FlatIron Crossing redevelopment, as well as more on the Broomfield Housing Division programs available.
