Key Issues Identified by Staff

Support of multi-modal transportation network - State Highway 7 has been identified as an opportunity for sustainable multimodal transportation options which includes BRT. Pad sites and drive-through restaurants do not generate a significant number of employees and individually separated pad sites are typically auto dependent. This use is not consistent with the density necessary to support BRT.
