October 2020 Update

CLOSED: This discussion has concluded.

Building: In September, the remaining finishes were completed with the exception of some punchlist items. The building received the Certificate of Occupancy and the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on October 3rd was well received by all with tours following the ceremony. The building opened to the public on Oct 5th by appointment only.

Site Work: In September, the sitework was completed for the northwest side of the parking lot and site continued for the remaining south and east sides of the building. The south section of the parking lot will be complete by the middle of the month, while the remaining hardscape work for north-south trail connection along Brunner Reservoir will continue through the end of October with the landscaping and site railing along the trail following which will continue into early-mid November for the overall project completion.
