Formal Submittal

The developer has submitted their formal application for a Wells Fargo bank. City staff will review the documents and refer them to other reviewing departments and agencies for feedback. The project may go through several rounds of review prior to the scheduling of public hearings. Public hearing dates will be added to the Key Date section of this page once scheduled.
