Land Use Review Commission Decision
The Land Use Review Commission (LURC) held a public hearing on the applicant's request on Monday, July 8, 2024. LURC voted unanimously to recommend approval of this request. The next step in the process will be a public hearing at City Council on July 30, 2024. City Council will have the opportunity to approve or deny the applicants request at the conclusion of this public hearing.

City Council approved the PUD Plan Amendment and Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map Amendment on July 30, 2024. Future development of the site will require a future development application for a Site Development Plan and engagement will be encouraged in the future.
