Third Reading: Adoption
Last night, Broomfield City Council voted to adopt the Commercial and Oversized Vehicle Ordinance without the “Green Pass” amendment. The ordinance will go into effect April 3, 2026. This ordinance restricts how RVs and recreational campaign trailers can park on public streets in Broomfield. Learn more and watch the March 24 City Council meeting (item 7.B.)
