Second Reading

On February 10, 2026, Broomfield City Council held a public hearing and second reading on the Commercial and Oversize Vehicle Code Update (ordinance no. 2293). Council approved the ordinance with two amendments (visitor permits; resource offering) and tabled the consideration of a third amendment ("Green Pass" permits). This was not the final approval. The Amendment will be considered at the March 24 City Council meeting.
