Broomfield City Council approved the Commercial and Oversize Vehicle Code Update (ordinance no. 2293) at the Jan. 13 City Council meeting. The meeting recording can be viewed under the "Important Links" section of this page.

Next Steps:

The ordinance will move forward to a second reading on Feb. 10. At the second reading, Broomfield City Council will decide whether or not to officially adopt the ordinance.
