Neighborhood Meeting Scheduled

The developer has scheduled a neighborhood meeting for the proposed AdventHealth Broomfield project has been scheduled. This neighborhood meeting will be an in-person meeting, held at the Park40 Apartment Complex Clubhouse. This meeting will take place on Monday, January 26, 2026, and is scheduled to last from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm (note: if no residents are in attendance at this meeting after 15 minutes from the scheduled start time, the meeting will be concluded). The Park40 Clubhouse is located at 16785 Sheridan Parkway. The applicant’s mail notice (available here) was sent to property owners within 1,000 feet of the property, and this scheduled meeting has been shared on the BroomfieldVoice page under Project Updates. This neighborhood meeting is for a proposed development currently undergoing concept review, and is not currently a quasi-judicial application.
