Phase One Outreach Complete

Thank you to everyone who participated in Phase One of the Miramonte Multimodal Safety Study! Your input is helping the project team better understand safety concerns and opportunities along the Miramonte corridor.

During Phase One, the project team:

• Held three pop-up events at Broomfield High School, the Big Broomfield Playdate, and National Night Out.
• Hosted a Walkshop along the full study corridor.
• Received nearly 300 responses to the community survey.
• Collected more than 100 pins on the interactive map identifying locations of concern and opportunities for improvement.

Community feedback highlighted concerns related to speeding, pedestrian and bicycle safety, crossings, traffic, and the comfort and connectivity of people walking and biking along the corridor. This feedback will help shape the development and evaluation of preliminary safety improvement concepts.

Stay tuned for Phase Two public outreach this fall, when the community will have an opportunity to review preliminary concepts and provide additional feedback.
