Public Comment on the applications received for Broomfield’s three retail marijuana licenses is closed. Public comments on business applications were accepted from Dec. 5, 2022 to Jan. 13, 2023 at 5 p.m.
Here is what you need to know:
- Comments will be accepted from Dec. 5, 2022, to Jan. 13, 2023, at 5 p.m.
- Applications are available for review below, If you need assistance to review the applications please call 303.438.6332 or email cityclerkmarijuana@broomfield.org.
- Comments may be submitted electronically or via hard copy.
- Electronic comments can be made below.
- Hard copy comments may be dropped off at the City and County building during business hours until 5 p.m. on Jan. 13. Please include the name of the business application at the top of EACH page of hard copy comments.

The Broomfield Marijuana Business License Application consists of nine pages plus attachments. Certain areas of the application were identified as confidential and have not been included in the publicly available versions of the applications. Some applicants requested additional information remain confidential under provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act, if supported by appropriate explanation and legal citation they have been marked as confidential.
Each application has an application checklist submitted. The exact page numbers where the information can be found will vary by application, but is noted on the application checklist.
