Three story medical office building with brick walls and large parking lot on east west and north sides

Project Overview

The applicant has submitted a development application to develop a 33,000 square foot two-story medical office. The building will be within the proposed Highlands Filing No. 1 Replat F final plat area. The plans include the site and landscape layout, and illustrative 3D renderings of the building.

The building architecture incorporates brick, steel and metal panel accents. The building uses a neutral color scheme similar to other buildings in Vista Highlands shopping center located to the west.

Conformance with the Zoning and Compatibility with Surrounding Uses: The proposed use is consistent with the existing zoning and comprehensive plan. The applicant will be requesting a variance from the required parking for the building.
