Project Description: Harvest Station is comprised of approximately 25.4 acres and is located at the southeast intersection of US Highway 36 and State Highway 128 within Area 2 of the "Original Broomfield Neighborhood Plan". The text amendment is for Tracts A & B which are approximately 11.6 acres.
The concept proposal is to add additional residential units to the approved Harvest Station Planned Unit Development (PUD). The proposed amendment will permit Multi- Family, Assisted Care Facilities, Senior Housing and Limited Care Facilities within the remaining undeveloped Tracts A & B.
The proposed plan features five new multi-family residential buildings located on two parcels. These parcels additionally feature community amenities and open space areas.
