    What is being built east of walmart on 121sr st?

    Good Afternoon, the development current under construction on 121st Avenue (generally east of Walmart and behind Chick-fil-A) is a new senior living development. The building will house assisted living and memory care units.

    What is planned for area where green belt and trail for commons park co e together near Midway and Vrain? There are several different marker flags and spray paint all over the area.

    Thank you for your question. After checking with a number of departments, the city is not currently conducting any work in this location. The work you see on the site appears to be one of our utility providers accessing underground utility lines.

    Good Morning, Xcel Energy is currently working on a utility project in this location. There is no proposed development at this property currently.
