Welcome to a new opportunity to participate in the Broomfield City Council’s review and consideration of development proposals. On this site please find all conceptual proposals for new development in Broomfield. The purpose of this site is to provide design plans and other information relating to proposed new, or redeveloping properties to residents at an early stage in the review process. Residents may, at their convenience, at their pace, from their home, review and comment on development proposals.

Residents may ask questions to the City staff planners working on the projects and/or provide comments regarding the proposed developments to the City Council, the proposed developer and the staff.

Certain projects may additionally be scheduled for a virtual public meeting with City Council. The City Council has been, and will for a while, meet electronically. The electronic broadcast may be heard at www.Broomfield.org or through cable channel 8. Please check individual project pages to determine of the project is required to be heard at a virtual meeting.

The Concept Review step is the first step in the development review process. A decision will not be made at this step in the process, but comments provided during this step will help applicants revise their proposal to address concerns moving forward.
