Project Description: The concept proposal is to construct an approximately 201,000 square foot single-story delivery center on a 52.56 acre site. The center will serve “final mile” delivery service to fulfill online customer orders. The property is at the southeast corner of Huron Street and W. 160th Avenue, adjacent to I-25 and the Northwest Parkway. The proposed building will be 44 feet in height.

The property is located within the North Park (Baseline) community.
