The proposed architecture will be contemporary and modern. The site will also feature landscaped outdoor areas for residents and office tenants to utilize.

The property is located within a legacy Jefferson County residential zone district. The surrounding area is industrial. The applicant has indicated they intend to request a rezone of the property to Planned Unit Development.
