Project Summary
This project was approved at a Public Hearing with the Land Use Review Commission on Monday, March 25th at 6pm.
The subject proposal is for a 12,250 square foot addition to the Cooper Heating and Cooling business at 11780 Colmans Way. The proposal will be a metal building consistent with the industrial nature of the area and will be used to store materials related to the heating and cooling operations. The proposed building will be located directly to the east of the main building on site, and an existing smaller metal addition on the site will be demolished to allow for the proposed new construction.
In addition to the proposed metal building the applicant will also be paving an emergency access drive to the new building to allow for fire and rescue services to access the structure if necessary.
