Project Description: The proposed development introduces approximately 261 multi-family rental units over 3.317 acres within the Midcities Planned Unit Development; resulting in a site density of 78.4 units/acre. The dwelling units are offered in studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom options ranging in size from 619 square feet up to 1,405 square feet of net area. The project is expected to be constructed in one single phase, while offering dwelling units at multiple stages.

The projected rents are comparable to existing developments in the area and are expected to be between $1,400 and $3,500 while offering additional features including rooftop amenity space and secure access parking for the residents.
