The developer has scheduled a neighborhood meeting (Terracina Design, on behalf of Oakwood Homes, will host an in-person neighborhood meeting on Thursday, June 5th at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at Arapahoe Ridge Elementary School - 13095 Pecos St, Westminster, CO 80234).

The applicant has chosen to host a second neighborhood meeting to gather resident comments prior to submitting an application for a formal development review of this proposal. This meeting will be on Tuesday, September 2 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at Arapahoe Ridge Elementary School - 13095 Pecos St, Westminster, CO 80234.
