Consistency with the Comprehensive Plan and Compatibility with Surrounding Uses: The property is designated as "Transit Oriented Development" per the 2016 Comprehensive Plan. The proposed office is compatible with the surrounding uses and consistent with the uses, policies and goals outlined in the comprehensive plan for TODs.
Project Status: This was approved by the Land Use Review Commission on March 14, 2022.
