This meeting is open for public comment, residents will be provided an opportunity to speak prior to the council's vote on the project and all public comments received via email or Broomfield Voice will be reviewed by Council in advance.
At this meeting City Council will vote on whether or not to approve the site development plan (project design), pud plan (permitted uses and regulations) plat (lot lines), the rezoning and the vacation of the cul-de-sac right-of-way.
The rezoning and the vacation of the cul-de-sac will require a second reading of the ordinance, which will be scheduled for 2/13

The applicant will be hosting a project update meeting on August 21, 2023 at 4:30 pm in the Broomfield Library. This meeting is intended to update residents and stakeholders on the formal development plans and answer questions.
