The site will additionally feature including an on-site leasing center, fitness center, swimming pool, courtyards with bbq areas with a total of 453 parking spaces.

The residential buildings will be four stories The proposed building architecture will feature a mix of brick masonry, lap siding and panel siding. Units will feature large windows and private balconies.

The property is located within the North Park PUD area and is part of the mixed-use Baseline community.
