Formal Application Submitted

The applicant has submitted a formal development application for the proposed Site Development Plan. This project will undergo multiple rounds of review by applicable Broomfield departments and external reviewing agency partners (such as North Metro Fire, utility providers, etc.). Once the review is complete, the project will be scheduled for LURC and City Council.
