The City and County of Broomfield is pleased to present the 2020 Water Efficiency Plan
The 2020 Water Efficiency Plan (Plan) prepared by Broomfield Public Works staff in accordance with the 2004 Colorado Water Conservation Act and guidance from the Colorado Water Conservation Board was approved by the Colorado Water Conservation Board on April 13, 2020.
The Broomfield City Council adopted the Plan by Resolution 2020-31 on January 28, 2020.
Broomfield held a public comment period from August 28 through November 1, 2019, and the comments are summarized in Appendix E of the Plan.
The Plan has been submitted to the Colorado Water Conservation Board for final review and approval. Broomfield is already moving forward new initiatives to meet our long term water efficiency goals .
