Project Details

The proposed Use by Special Review would allow for the Four Noses Brewing Company to rent a tenant space within the existing industrial building at 2750 Industrial Lane. The tenant space will be utilized for the manufacture of canned cocktails.

The subject parcel is zoned I-2, general industrial, and while the designated zoning does not specifically permit the proposed use, the code does allow "any other use consistent with the intent of this district, and not specifically permitted by right or by special review in any other zone district" as a use by special review. The proposed canned cocktail manufacturing would fall under the industrial intent of the I-2 zone district.

The proposal does not include any new structures at the site or any exterior changes to the building. The applicant will be working with North Metro Fire Rescue to ensure all materials utilized in this manufacturing will be secured and all required safety precautions will be taken.
