Staff Analysis

Description: The subject proposal includes the addition of four to five shipping containers to the property at 2705 Industrial Lane. These containers will be utilized short term to provide storage while the applicant prepares a formal plan for the property. The subject proposal also requires a final plat to establish property lines and dedicate right-of-way for future city improvements.

The subject proposal will require a final plat and urban renewal site plan. The proposed storage use is consistent with the requirements of the I-1 zone district and the surrounding industrial uses.
